Steve and Rachel live in the mountains of North Carolina. Rachel has been a massage therapist for over 16 years and Steve was the Chief Science Officer for a CBD lab. They fell in love and combined their expertise into a line of CBD products to soothe the body. They started Heartbound Botanicals with the “soothe salve” as a gift for everyone at their wedding. They began selling their products at farmers markets in 2020. Our CBD is some of the highest quality you can find and distilled by Steve so we know it is good! We combine that with high quality healing essential oils to create Rachel’s dream products that she uses in her massage practice.

Steve had started Sandy Mush Smoke & Co a couple years prior out of his passion for cooking and feeding people. Check out his throw back cooking videos for some fun ideas!

Out of a request to have hot cider at the Saturday Farmers Market we decided to spice things up and create our unique mulling spice blends. Our son Bodhi joined our team in 2021. He is the head of the sales team.
